Online booking service offer

This offer governs GeoDrive online car booking and the P/E Eliseev service fee. Payment of the service fee confirms the booking; the main rental contract is signed with GeoDrive when the car is picked up.

• The customer pays a service fee of 10% of the calculated rental price for online booking. The service fee is not the car rental payment and is not accepted by GeoDrive as rent.
• The remaining 90% of the calculated rental price is paid to GeoDrive when the car is picked up. The main rental contract is signed between the customer and GeoDrive at pickup.
• The service fee is refunded when the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before pickup. If cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup, or in case of no-show, the service fee is not refunded.
